The agreement
These terms are an agreement between CODERDOT TECHNOLOGY (“we”, “us”) and the business that creates an AppVero account or signs an order form (“you”, the “Customer”). If you accept these terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it. An order form or written agreement signed by both parties takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
Accounts
- You are responsible for your account, the users you invite, and keeping credentials, API keys and SDK secrets confidential.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
The service
AppVero provides mobile measurement: attribution, deep linking, web-to-app tools, SKAdNetwork and AdAttributionKit measurement, fraud protection, reporting, postbacks, webhooks, data exports, SDKs and APIs, as described on our website and in our documentation. Features depend on your plan. We may improve and change the service; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a paid term without notice.
Your obligations
- You are responsible for your apps and websites, and for giving end users the notices and obtaining the consents required by law and by platform rules (including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency and app store policies).
- You must not use AppVero to collect advertising identifiers in apps directed at children, or otherwise contrary to applicable law.
- You are responsible for destinations you configure — postback endpoints, webhooks and storage — and for the data you instruct us to send there.
- You must comply with the data-protection laws that apply to your use of AppVero, such as the GDPR.
Customer data
You own the data your apps, websites and systems send to AppVero (“Customer Data”). You grant us the rights needed to host, process and transmit Customer Data to provide, secure and support the service, as described in our privacy policy. We process personal data in Customer Data on your behalf and on your instructions. A data processing agreement is available for customers who need one. We may use aggregated, de-identified data that does not identify you or any individual to operate and improve the service.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- send malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the service or other customers;
- generate fraudulent or artificial traffic, or use AppVero to mislead advertising partners;
- reverse-engineer the service except where the law allows it;
- use AppVero for unlawful purposes or to process data you have no right to process;
- resell the service without our written agreement.
Plans and fees
- Free plans are provided as-is and may have usage limits.
- Paid plans are billed as shown on our pricing page or in your order form — for usage-based plans, monthly in arrears based on attributed paid installs.
- Fees exclude taxes; you pay applicable taxes other than taxes on our income.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
- If an invoice is overdue, we may suspend paid features after notice.
Third-party services
AppVero works with platforms and services we do not control — app stores, operating systems, ad networks, email providers and cloud storage. Their availability, data and rules can change and may affect measurement. We are not responsible for third-party services or for how recipients you configure use the data you send them.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care, use it only to perform under these terms, and disclose it only to people who need to know it and are bound by similar obligations, or where required by law.
Intellectual property
We own AppVero, including the software, SDKs, documentation and brand. Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and to embed the SDKs in your apps and websites during your subscription. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.
Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Attribution relies on signals from devices, platforms and partners that may be incomplete or unavailable — for example when users decline tracking — so we do not guarantee that every install or event will be attributed or that results will match other tools. Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue or data, and each party’s total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, a party’s breach of confidentiality, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Term and termination
- These terms apply while you use AppVero. Monthly plans renew monthly; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.
- Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of notice.
- After termination you can request an export of Customer Data for 30 days; after that we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CODERDOT TECHNOLOGY is incorporated, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
General
We may update these terms; we will give notice of material changes, and continued use after the effective date means you accept them. You may not assign these terms without our consent. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions: [email protected].
