What counts as an attributed paid install?
An install that AppVero attributes to a paid media source — an ad network campaign or Apple Ads. Organic installs and installs from your own media (your links, QR codes, email, SMS, LINE and WhatsApp messages) are not paid installs.
Is raw data really included?
Yes. Every paid plan includes hourly raw-data exports as typed Parquet files to your own Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery or Snowflake, plus real-time signed webhooks. Raw data is not an add-on.
Is fraud protection an add-on?
No. SDK request signing, malformed-ID checks, datacenter / VPN / Tor IP blocking, click-injection detection, short click-to-install flags and receipt validation are part of the product, and every decision carries a public reason code.
Do I need an annual contract?
No. Growth is billed monthly with no annual lock-in. Enterprise terms are agreed individually.
Where is my data stored?
AppVero runs on AWS, and each workspace’s data is stored in a single AWS region. It only leaves that region through the exports, webhooks and postbacks you configure — raw-data exports go straight from our database to the storage you choose. Enterprise plans can discuss custom data residency.
Can I bring my existing links?
Yes. Import exports from Firebase Dynamic Links, OneLink, TrueLink and Branch. Old short codes are kept, and domain aliases keep printed QR codes working.
Which currencies do reports use?
Revenue is normalised to your reporting currency with daily ECB reference rates (30+ currencies), and reports are bucketed in your app’s timezone.
